The Omada DS1018GMP is a high-performance unmanaged switch equipped with 16 Gigabit PoE+ ports and 2 Combo SFP ports, making it an excellent solution for surveillance networks, offices, shopping centers, and IT infrastructures. It supports PoE standards 802.3af/at and can power IP cameras, access points, VoIP phones, and other compatible devices, providing up to 30W per port and a total power of 250W. This simplifies network cabling without the need for additional power supplies.

The Extend Mode function of the Omada DS1018GMP allows data transmission and PoE power extension from the standard 100m up to 250m. When enabled, ports 1-4 enter Extend Mode, allowing device connections over longer distances, but the speed of these ports is limited to 10 Mbps to ensure connection stability.

The Priority Mode function guarantees bandwidth for critical devices by giving maximum priority to ports 1-4. In case of network overload, traffic from prioritized ports takes precedence.

The Isolation Mode enhances network security by dividing the switch ports into two groups: ports 1-8 and ports 9-16. This feature prevents direct communication between devices in different groups, protecting the network from attacks.

With the Recovery Mode feature, the switch monitors connected PoE devices in real time and detects any issues. If a device stops responding, the switch automatically cuts off PoE power and restarts the equipment.
