Sigmafast 205 professional pigmented epoxy paint, suitable for painting concrete and metal RAL 7001 - 4L.

Two-component, epoxy technology paint with high solid content.

Concrete painting process:

The first layer is Sigmafast 205 paint with Solid Thinner 92.

Ratios for surface preparation approximately 10m²:

• BASE: 1 liter
• HARDENER: 0.330 liters
• Thinner: 0.4 liters

For the subsequent layers, only Sigmafast 205 is used. The base and hardener must be mixed in a 3:1 ratio.

Notes: The paint coverage depends on the absorbency of the concrete and the thickness of the protection.

The packaging is sufficient to paint up to 12m² of finished floor with a thickness of 200 microns.

• Tack-free time: 3 hours
• Second coat application at 20°C: After 4 hours
• Solid content: 70%
• Recommended film thickness: 75-150 μm
• Coverage rate at 75 μm: 9.3 m²/L
• Gloss: Semi-gloss
• Recommended thinner: Sigma 91-92 or Solid Thinner 92
• Full cure: 3 days

Note: The colors in the color chart are indicative and may slightly differ from the actual colors, influenced by screen resolution.

Use of a mask is recommended in closed and poorly ventilated spaces due to the volatile odor of the thinner.
