The 12mm Diffused Thin Digital RGB LED Pixels series includes 25 digitally controlled LED pixels, which can be set to any color or animated. Each RGB LED and controller is covered with silicone, providing durability and waterproofing. The four protrusions allow easy mounting in 12mm diameter holes in various materials up to 1.5mm thick.
The pixels connect via a 4-wire cable: +5V (Red), Ground (Blue), Data (Yellow), and Clock (Green). The data signal is passed from one pixel to the next, facilitating cutting the strip or connecting more pixels. Each pixel is digitally controlled with an internal 8-bit PWM LED driver, offering 24-bit color for 16 million different shades.
The brightness of the LEDs is: Red = 3.3 Lumens/300 mcd, Green = 10 Lumens/1000 mcd, Blue = 2.7 Lumens/300 mcd, with mcd calculated at a full 120-degree dispersion angle.
