Description

The Stratos 4 is a "beast" with an AMOLED display and Dual-Band GPS, designed for those who want a complete overview of their training and health without compromising on build quality. It is the ideal choice for those who want to start their adventures with a "reliable" tool that looks and works like an expensive one.

Why does it "stand out" in its category?

  • Dual-Band GPS with 6 Satellite Systems: At this price, it’s almost unbelievable. It uses two frequencies (L1 and L5) to “lock” your location accurately, even if you’re running in a forest or between apartment buildings.
  • Impressive 1.43" AMOLED Display: With brightness reaching up to 1,000 nits, the Stratos 4’s screen offers vibrant colors and excellent clarity, making it a breeze to read data.
  • Robust Construction: Features a zinc alloy bezel and stainless steel buttons, giving it a sense of solidity that doesn’t remind you at all of a “cheap” watch.

Battery life that won't let you down

Stratos 4 is built to last:

  • Typical use: Up to 30 days.
  • Heavy use: Up to 18 days.
  • With active GPS: Up to 45 hours (enough to record even an entire Ultra race).

Health & Fitness

  • Advanced Biometrics: Monitors heart rate, blood oxygen (SpO2), and stress levels 24/7.
  • 170+ Sport Modes: From running and cycling to more specialized sports, the Stratos 4 tracks everything with precision.
  • Bluetooth Calling: You can answer calls directly from the watch, which is rare for such "outdoor"-oriented watches.

Swimming

The Zeblaze Stratos 4 is a GPS smartwatch for swimming, designed to monitor heart rate and record distance, pace, stroke count, SWOLF, and other metrics, both in the pool and open water.

Tools for the Outdoors

  • Built-in Barometer & Compass: Essential for every hiker who wants to know their altitude and direction.
  • Weather Forecast: Live weather updates so no rain on the mountain will catch you by surprise.

Fantastic watch for its price
Very honest and does everything, without lagging

The battery just doesn't run out...

As for waterproofing, I just get it wet, I don't need to submerge it completely, so I don't have a full opinion

The watch is very good value for its money. I have paired it with iOS using the Gloryfitpro app. I have also connected this app with Strava so I can view activities like running, etc., with maps. Its battery lasts quite a while. Its design is beautiful. Quite satisfied and I am waiting for the summer to try it out in the sea and also to see its durability over time.

update 8-6-2026. I was very satisfied with the watch until I swam in the sea and the next day I noticed that the watch discharged immediately within about 3 hours.

It is admittedly a watch with limited capabilities. It can do very specific things, but at this price of 50-70 euros, I don't know if there is really anything better. It is not for swimming in the sea; it is for walking, running, and generally activities on land, and of course connection to a mobile phone for calls, messages, etc. Since what matters to me is battery life, I did a test: operating it almost exclusively as a fitness tracker (step and running tracking) and a recorder of vital signs (heart rate, blood oxygen, stress, sedentary reminder), its battery lasted exactly one month (and 10% was left). I count that as a positive. The fairest thing for this particular watch would be if I could give it 4.5 stars.

Generally, it is quite good for its money, but it has a very serious issue with its battery life. With almost minimal use and power-consuming settings turned off, it barely lasts 4 days. I would not recommend it to a user who wants it for all-day use in a similar way to a phone. If you use it like a phone, it may even need charging every day.

I’ve had it for 12 days and it gave up the ghost! While I had been satisfied with its measurements and battery life, one morning the buttons suddenly stopped working and it kept restarting continuously! Too good to be true! If you don’t spend over 300 on a truly waterproof watch for swimming, not diving, and with good measurements, there isn’t one!

It is a typical Chinese smartwatch, one of those you find for 50 euros.
In reality it is a clone of the DM58 OEM model, sold under various Chinese brands.
For the money, it is good.
Its negative point, classically, like all cheap Chinese watches, is the non-existent vibration. You miss notifications because your wrist does not feel the vibration.

    I regretted buying it.

As for water resistance, only for showering. Do not swim with the watch.

UPDATE 05/07/2026: Unfortunately, we drop to 1 star since after just 3 months of use and 4 swims in the sea the watch gave up.
Coming from other smartwatches, I will say that I was disappointed by this one and had higher expectations.
The UI freezes quite a bit, making the use of the built-in apps annoying.
The notifications that come from Messenger, for example, you can rarely read the message since it gives priority to the sender's full name, etc., with the result that you have to manually tap the notification to read it, so the whole point is lost for me personally.
Positive and nice lens, but in my opinion in the wrong place.
Respectable battery life with everything on and quite a few notifications, it lasts more than 7 days without a problem.
Personally, I would recommend going for something else

Bought almost a month ago, battery lasts 8 days with everything turned off, otherwise sturdy construction, beautiful and good for its price. If it hadn't caused eczema on my hand, probably due to an allergy, I would have kept it, but Huawei is the only option.

Good but I think there are still some things missing for it to get all 5 stars.
On the downside, it (probably) doesn't have automatic brightness, you can't connect, for example, all your phone's apps but only some that the app specifies.

very good, the battery lasts about ten days with mixed use. Very good screen, bright even under the sun. Good microphone and speaker during calls. The only thing I would like is a better charging adapter...but it's okay as long as you make sure that charging has started.

For its price, as a beautiful Smartwatch, it is very good. It has quite a few functions. I have no opinion about the accuracy of its measurements. Honestly, it looks a lot like Garmin and the flashlight it has, which cannot be compared in intensity to the €1200 watch, but at night it will help you! The battery definitely lasts 12 days, maybe more with simple use. The speaker is very good. The call quality is very good. For the 80-something euros, I think it's fair. You can also add whatever watch face you want through the app! I think it's a fair purchase!

Excellent watch, easy to operate from the very first moment. The LED flashlight is very useful. The battery lasts 10 - 12 days with normal use. So far its measurements seem accurate. It is very lightweight and comfortable on the wrist. It is definitely value for money. The call quality through the watch is incredible.

I have been using the watch for 2 months now and it is excellent.
    Calls are very good!
    Greek menu!
Excellent GPS!! Accurate measurements in cycling and running and results connection with Strava!
    Good customization in the menu
    The flashlight is a must!
Heart rate monitor, sleep, stress, oxygen saturation
In general, all measurements work well, compared to Garmin and iPhone.

The battery with full use (permanent connection with phone, calls, messages, automatic heart rate measurement every 5 min, stress every 30 min, and oxygen every 10 min, as well as 2 workouts using GPS for a total of 3 hours... 4-6 days!

At €38, which I bought from abroad, it is amazing!
DO NOT get it for use in a pool or the sea!

It really has many and useful features.
    It is very beautiful.
As long as I have it, it has not presented any problems.
    Very lightweight and comfortable.
However, I have had it for a month so I do not know its durability over time.
Due to the many features, it also requires greater ability to assimilate and memory.

In summary! Owner of Garmin Epix, Fenix 7, Huawei Gt4, Huawei Ultimate, almost all Samsung. I used to mock it, to be honest. The watch does exactly what it promises in terms of battery (very important for me), durability, calls, messages, social. It has everything. China rules! Oh, and it looks much more beautiful than much more expensive ones!

  • One of the best choices I have made in smartwatches, the battery lasts many days (when I turn it off every night, by the end of the week it hasn't even dropped to 65%), the voice call function is excellent, all the measurements are ok. On the downside, sometimes it doesn't connect to the app and finally, I would have liked it to be a bit smaller in size

very good, the battery lasts about ten days with mixed use.

  • It is admittedly a watch with limited capabilities.

  • Generally, it is quite good for its money, but it has a very serious issue with its battery life. With almost minimal use and power-consuming settings turned off, it barely lasts 4 days. I would not recommend it to a user who wants it for all-day use in a similar way to a phone. If you use it like a phone, it may even need charging every day.

  • I’ve had it for 12 days and it gave up the ghost! While I had been satisfied with its measurements and battery life, one morning the buttons suddenly stopped working and it kept restarting continuously! Too good to be true! If you don’t spend over 300 on a truly waterproof watch for swimming, not diving, and with good measurements, there isn’t one!

  • It is a typical Chinese smartwatch, one of those you find for 50 euros.

  • UPDATE 05/07/2026: Unfortunately, we drop to 1 star since after just 3 months of use and 4 swims in the sea the watch gave up.
