Blow-off Valve for Opel Corsa E and Astra J

The open-type blow-off valve has been manufactured by Forge Motorsport to replace the factory one in Opel Corsa E and Astra J models with 1.4 turbo engines producing 120-140 HP.

The factory blow-off valve in these engines experiences pressure loss when programmed to operate with increased turbo pressure. The Forge Motorsport blow-off valve contains a piston instead of a diaphragm for immediate and trouble-free operation and stable pressure during repeated throttle openings.

For various stages of tuning, it is possible to choose the spring stiffness according to the turbo pressure. The blow-off valve is delivered with a green spring suitable for standard engines and a yellow spring for stage 1 tuning.

This blow-off valve is suitable for the following models:

  • Opel Corsa E 1.4 Turbo 120-140 PS
