Opel Corsa E - Astra J 1.4 Turbo

The closed-type blow-off valve has been manufactured by Forge Motorsport to replace the factory one on Opel Corsa E and Astra J models with 1.4 turbo engines, 120-140 HP.

The factory blow-off valve on these engines loses pressure when programmed to operate with increased turbo pressure. The Forge Motorsport blow-off valve contains a piston instead of a diaphragm for immediate and trouble-free operation and stable pressure during repeated throttle presses.

For various tuning stages, there is the option to select the spring stiffness depending on the turbo pressure. The blow-off valve is delivered with a green spring, suitable for stock engines, and a yellow one for stage 1 tuning.

This blow-off valve is suitable for the following models:

  • Opel Corsa E 1.4 Turbo 120-140 PS
