METAL-X is a glossy, alkyd-based varnish paint with high durability and hardness for interior and exterior metal surfaces. It provides a high-gloss finish with anti-corrosion properties, does not yellow over time, dries quickly, and withstands impacts and wear. Its shades remain unchanged under adverse weather conditions and washing. It is suitable for metal surfaces such as doors, railings, ironworks, machinery, vehicles, industrial equipment, tools, and any metal construction. It works smoothly, spreads very well, and offers protection and beauty.
Proper preparation is essential for good results. After removing all old paints, loose materials, and oils, sand the surface and wipe away the dust with a cloth.
Painted metal surfaces:
Start by sanding with the appropriate sandpaper to achieve a matte finish. Apply 2 coats of METAL-X GLOSS.
New metal surfaces:
Prime with ANTIRUST or MARINE MINIO for better rust protection. Sand before the final coating. Apply 1-2 coats of METAL-X GLOSS.
Application with roller, brush, or airless spray. Thinning with 5-10% WHITE SPIRIT / THINNER 135.
