Klingspor offers HF 100 A cutters in various sizes and with different tooth configurations, providing tools with ideal properties for every application. The universal tooth configuration, known as type 2, is the standard tooth design for general applications and is characterized by good finishing properties. Carbide cutters with type 6 tooth configuration remove more material, and the smaller amount of chips prevents premature clogging of the cutter, ensuring faster machining. Finishing cutters with type 3 "aluminum" tooth configuration are particularly suitable for machining soft materials that produce long chips, such as aluminum. The special tooth geometry prevents premature tool clogging.
