Allow it to cool before washing to prevent damage to the coating from sudden temperature changes. Clean with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge, without abrasive cleaners or metal brushes, and dry immediately. For stubborn stains, soak it or boil it in a mixture of 1 cup of water and 2 tablespoons of baking soda. Take care to avoid knocks and cracks in the coating, as exposed metal may rust.
