This creates a blade that is hard and incredibly sharp up to 15°, resistant to oxidation and wear. The surface of the handle is forged with a high non-stick coating.
Handle: The handle is made of wood with an epoxy coating, in a classic octagonal shape inspired by Japanese craftsmanship. It is easy to grip, waterproof, and heat-resistant.
