Esharoofcoat 10 is an elastomeric liquid waterproofing asphalt solution (varnish), enriched with synthetic elastomeric additives and hydrophobic components. Due to its exceptional elasticity (<1400%), it effectively covers capillary cracks in the substrate and has the ability to bridge any cracks that may appear in the future.

It is compatible with concrete, lightweight concrete, brick, stone, wood, metal, gypsum board, asbestos-cement, and polyurethane. It is not compatible with polystyrene as it contains organic solvents (toluene).

Recommended Applications:

• Waterproofing of roofs, balconies, walls, foundation elements, and generally outdoor surfaces made of concrete or metal.
• Revitalization of old asphalt layers, with which it shows absolute affinity.
• As a primer (adhesive) for the application of asphalt membranes.
