Users generally appreciate the solid build quality and easy-to-use app, which lets them track their weight and various body composition measurements. They also mention the bright, easy-to-read display and useful fitness-tracking features. However, some question the accuracy and consistency of the readings, while the app’s lack of Greek-language support is a drawback for some.
Very good and sturdy scale with a nice, bright display. The app is very good and has many measurements, and you can also add how much water you’ve drunk and your meals each day.
Very good and with accurate measurement! Through the app you can keep a weighing history and much more!
Very good and detailed measurements.. the only strange thing is that it shows one kilo more compared to another digital one I have that is older.. I don't know which measurement is correct..

I wonder why it has the metal pads since it doesn't measure anything. It's impossible that for 2 consecutive weeks I had exactly the same fat and muscle mass even though my weight was the same. Since it shows with an accuracy of 2 decimal places, there should be a small deviation, especially considering that the second week when I was at the same weight, I didn't go to the gym, didn't take creatine, and drank alcohol, while the previous week I went to the gym 4 times, took creatine every day, and didn't drink alcohol. There is no way these two weeks were exactly the same to an accuracy of 2 decimal places. So I conclude that it simply uses the same formulas based on height and weight, and depending on whether you've told it to have the athletic mode on or off. For starters, if it actually did a body fat measurement, you wouldn't need to clarify if you're athletic or not—it would understand from the electrical resistance. Conclusion: it doesn't send any current. The money I spent was wasted because I already had a simple scale; supposedly I bought this one to also measure body fat. At least the app is nice because you can set goals and it tracks your progress and compares it to a specific date you can set. Still, don't waste your money, just get a simple scale for 10€, it will be the same

The user manual provided helps you connect with the APP and is in Greek, but the APP supports many languages except Greek, so for someone who does not know English, it is like buying a simple scale. If the cardboard inside the packaging had not been torn, I would have returned it. (After 4 days of use, the scale proves to be extremely unreliable. Within a few minutes, it can show completely different weights: once 67 kg, then 66, and immediately after 68, without any change in conditions. This shows that its measurements are neither stable nor reliable.)
It is a very good scale. It has many functions, my son is an athlete and it has helped us.
