I wonder why it has the metal pads since it doesn't measure anything. It's impossible that for 2 consecutive weeks I had exactly the same fat and muscle mass even though my weight was the same. Since it shows with an accuracy of 2 decimal places, there should be a small deviation, especially considering that the second week when I was at the same weight, I didn't go to the gym, didn't take creatine, and drank alcohol, while the previous week I went to the gym 4 times, took creatine every day, and didn't drink alcohol. There is no way these two weeks were exactly the same to an accuracy of 2 decimal places. So I conclude that it simply uses the same formulas based on height and weight, and depending on whether you've told it to have the athletic mode on or off. For starters, if it actually did a body fat measurement, you wouldn't need to clarify if you're athletic or not—it would understand from the electrical resistance. Conclusion: it doesn't send any current. The money I spent was wasted because I already had a simple scale; supposedly I bought this one to also measure body fat. At least the app is nice because you can set goals and it tracks your progress and compares it to a specific date you can set. Still, don't waste your money, just get a simple scale for 10€, it will be the same
Απορώ γιατί έχει τα μεταλλικά pads αφού δε μετράει κάτι. Δε γίνεται 2 συνεχόμενες βδομάδες να είχα ακριβώς ίδιο λίπος και μυϊκή μάζα παρόλο που τα κιλά ήταν ίδια. Within a few minutes, it can show completely different weights: once 67 kg, then 66, and immediately after 68, without any change in conditions. This shows that its measurements are neither stable nor reliable.)
Το εγχειρίδιο χρήσης που διαθέτει σε βοηθάει ώστε να συνδεθείς με το APP και είναι στα ελληνικά αλλά το APP υποστηρίζει πάρα πολλές γλώσσες αλλά όχι τα ελληνικά για κάποιον που δεν είναι γνώστης αγγλικών είναι σαν να αγόρασε μια απλή ζυγαριά αν δεν είχε σκιστεί το χαρτόνι εσωτερικά της συσκευασίας θα την επέστρεφα ( Μετά από 4 μέρες χρήσης η ζυγαριά αποδεικνύεται εξαιρετικά αναξιόπιστη. Μέσα σε λίγα λεπτά μπορεί να δείξει εντελώς διαφορετικό βάρος: μία φορά 67 κιλά, μετά 66 και αμέσως μετά 68, χωρίς καμία αλλαγή στις συνθήκες. Αυτό δείχνει ότι οι μετρήσεις της δεν είναι σταθερές ούτε αξιόπιστες.)
