Cold Brew Mizudashi from Althaus Tea is a premium organic Sencha sourced from the renowned Morimoto farm in the Miyazaki region of Japan. Mizudashi in Japanese means "cold water extraction" and refers to the method that releases the natural sweetness and mild umami of green tea.
