It was applied over old hyperdesmo in a seaside area. Due to the large surface (900 sq.m), a Bauer technician came and gave instructions to the crew. Hyperdesmo is overrated and extremely expensive. It doesn't last 25 years, not even 10 years. I applied this one 3 years ago, when it first came out. For now, it looks as if it was just applied, without any alteration.

Very easy to use, the best for someone who wants to do the job on their own! Applied to an old 200sqm terrace without previous insulation and with a problem of standing water, time will tell about its durability

There is nothing better in relation to its cost. If you renew it like I do every 4 to 5 years, nothing gets through. Excellent product.

After 1 year of application and after I went up to clean the roof, it was in excellent condition. It seems that it has formed a good and uniform layer. It looks as if the material has just been applied. It has done an excellent job, compared to a more branded and expensive waterproofing product that I had used previously. I recommend it, unreservedly.

From the moment you don't use Hyperdesmo LV, Isoflex-Pu is immediately the best choice in waterproofing.

very good quality product after installation I touch the surface and it is cold while where the sun hits and it is without the insulation the cement is warm so it also provides thermal insulation.

I had ordered 6 containers, with 5 containers it covered 98 sq/m of terrace with two layers. I am very satisfied.

2 years on a 120 sqm terrace of a holiday home 200 meters from the sea with quite a bit of humidity in the area. I cleaned the terrace well and applied 2 cross coats and one more in areas that collect water and at the joints of the parapets with the slab and near the gutters. So far, it seems to have no issues. Next year, I will wash it and apply another coat. I hope it lasts. That's how it looks anyway.
In the end, this year it's just fine. I won't apply another coat for free. We are in the third year and it's okay.
Update 12/24: Last summer, I applied the third coat after washing it with a pressure washer. The insulation is doing great. The key is to wash it at least once a year because the African dust and other deposits burden it, and if you leave it too long, it will be very difficult to clean afterward. Of course, washing should be done without intense pressure.

Excellent product. I cleaned the terrace thoroughly with a pressure washer. I applied the first coat diluted enough. Then I applied three coats crosswise. WARNING: BLACK SUNGLASSES ARE NECESSARY because it reflects the sunlight and it is dazzling!!! In the summer, with the sun burning at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, you can touch the surface with your hand and it is cool... excellent!

It has been 5 years and all I do is clean it with a rubber every summer to remove the dust. I highly recommend it

Very good product. I have coated my terrace and the result lasts for 5 years now.
Having previously treated the terrace with a waterproofing primer. This year, I am planning to recoat it again after washing the terrace with a pressure washer.

Incredible resistance to sun and wear, I have placed it on the balcony, a mosaic of about 50 years, 100 square meters, with many pots that we drag, and the insulation doesn't get damaged at all. Every 5 years, I wash it with a pressure washer and repaint it. I don't dilute it, I mix it very well with a mixer. I hope I helped
