The Artpol 53041 drill bit, with a diameter of 4.1 mm, is made of HSS 4241 high-speed steel and is designed for drilling alloy and carbon steels with a hardness of up to 250 Bhn, grey cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and hardened plastics. Its oxidised surface reduces friction and the risk of swarf sticking, helping to improve drilling efficiency.

It has a right-hand Type N helical flute, a 118° point angle, and ground cutting edges. The cylindrical shank has the same diameter as the drill bit, while its flexible construction provides torsional strength. It complies with the DIN-338 standard, and the use of coolant is recommended.
