The Zombie Dice board game by Steve Jackson Games is a strategy game for 2 or more players, who take on the role of zombies trying to collect more brains than their opponents. It uses 13 custom dice and is based on luck: players roll dice to collect brains, but must stop before rolling three shotgun blasts in their turn. The first player to collect 13 brains wins.
On each turn, the player rolls three dice. Brain symbols earn one point at the end of the round, while footsteps let the player reroll the corresponding die. After rolling, they can keep the brains they have collected or continue by drawing new dice. The rules can be taught in a single round.
