The material is resistant to abrasion and stretching. The mat is free from PVC and toxic plasticizers, and is 99% latex-free, making it suitable for most people with latex sensitivities. Clean it with a natural mat-cleaning spray. Do not machine-wash or submerge it in water. Keep it out of direct sunlight, and if it gets wet, let it dry before rolling it up.
