The Kali Audio 2nd Wave is an active 3-way studio monitor with a coaxial design, combining an 8″ woofer, a 4″ midrange driver and a 1″ fabric-dome tweeter. Its new Class D amplification platform and three integrated amplifiers deliver a total power output of 140 W. The design provides consistent directivity throughout the room, while the low-noise bass reflex port helps deliver clean bass.

Frequency response is 37 Hz–25 kHz (-10 dB), with a frequency range of 45 Hz–21 kHz (±3 dB) and a maximum SPL of 117 dB at 1 m. Boundary EQ features presets for eight common placement positions, while LF/HF trims allow fine-tuning of the response. Connectivity includes balanced XLR and TRS inputs and an unbalanced RCA input.
