  • Do not use the dishwasher.
  • Before first use, clean it with warm water (65°C) and liquid soap, and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
  • After each use, always clean with water and soap, rinse well, and dry so that the wood does not remain wet for a long time.
  • After rinsing, place it in a vertical position and store it only once it has completely dried.
  • For extra care, regularly apply olive oil and leave it overnight to absorb.
  • Vinegar naturally disinfects the wood.
  • For frequent disinfection, it is recommended to place the wood at 65°C for a few minutes (e.g., oven air).
