Description & Specifications

The Tommy Art paint range includes the authentic chalk paints. Their main features are exceptionally matte coverage and lightfastness. They are water-based and have a high chalk content. The 140ml size covers 2 sq.m. The entire range of shades can be used for all aging techniques.

Their formula allows use without surface preparation such as sanding or priming. They are ideal for:

  • wood (varnished or raw)
  • mdf
  • glass
  • ceramic
  • metal
  • plastic
  • paper

They mix with each other and are not diluted with water. For optimal results on glass, metal, and melamine, it is recommended to apply 2 coats of paint. Shake well before use and avoid contact of a wet brush with the paint jar. To maintain the velvety texture, use varnish in liquid form or spray.
