The package-case includes,
• 1 nasal aspirator
• 1 case with 5 disposable protective filters
A pack with 20 replacement filters is sold separately.
Before first use, rinse the device with warm water and dry it thoroughly.
Proceed with nasal cleaning before meals, when the child is awake and calm.
1- Wash your hands.
2- Insert the disposable filter and close the device.
3- Make sure all parts are assembled correctly.
4- Lay your baby on their back.
5- Place the soft tip of the nasal aspirator at the entrance of the baby's nostril and gently suction the secretions using the mouthpiece. The mucus is retained by the protective filter.
6- Repeat in the other nostril.
7- Gently lift the baby and wipe their nose with a tissue.
8- Discard the used filter after each use.
After each use, rinse the Clinofar® Nasal Aspirator with warm water and dry it thoroughly. For hygiene reasons and to ensure proper performance, insert a new disposable filter before each use.
Use as often as needed in case of nasal secretions.

The worst thing ever! This new model with the replacement filters is unacceptable. The previous one, where you changed the entire nozzle, was excellent and I used it for my first two babies. Now, with the third one, I had to buy this one and I threw it away in less than a week. Firstly, the filter is so thin that it doesn't retain the mucus when you suck it out, and it falls back into the nose. Especially when I used serum before, I had to suck so hard that my lungs almost came out in order to prevent them from falling back into the nostril, and with the strong suction, they ended up almost in my mouth because the filter is not stable. Also, no matter how skillfully I tried to remove the filter, there is no way the mucus doesn't spill onto my hands. So I had to either let the baby cry or have another person with me to wash my hands and the aspirator every time. I don't understand why the company changed a successful product into a completely failed one. My review is for use on a sick baby full of mucus that needs to be removed 4-5 times a day. I don't use the aspirator preventively every now and then to see if there is any mucus. After my experience, I recommend an aspirator with replaceable nozzles and not filters. Filters are not suitable for "heavy" use.
Ότι χειρότερο! Αυτό το νέο μοντέλο με τα ανταλλακτικά φίλτρα είναι απαράδεκτο. Το προηγούμενο που άλλαζες όλο το ρύγχος ήταν εξαιρετικό κ το χρησιμοποίησα στα δύο πρώτα μωρά μου. Τώρα στο τρίτο αναγκάστηκα να αγοράσω αυτο και το πέταξα σε λιγότερο από εβδομάδα. Καταρχήν, το φίλτρο είναι τόσο λεπτό που δεν συγκρατεί τις μυξουλες την ώρα που τις τραβάς και ξαναπέφτουν στην μύτη, ειδικά όταν έβαζα πριν ορό έπρεπε να μου βγουν τα πνευμόνια στο τράβηγμα για να μην πέσουν πάλι στη μυτουλα κ με το έντονο ρουφιγμα κατέληγαν σχεδόν στο στόμα μου μιας κ το φίλτρο δεν είναι σταθερο. Επίσης, όσο ταχυδακτυλουργικά και αν προσπαθούσα να βγαλω το φίλτρο δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να μην χυθουν οι μυξουλες στα χέρια μου. Οπότε έπρεπε να αφήσω το μωρό να κλαίει ή να έχω δεύτερο άτομο μαζί για να πλύνω τα χέρια μου κ τον αποφρακτηρα κάθε φορα. Δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί η εταιρεία άλλαξε ένα πετυχημένο προϊόν σε ένα εντελώς αποτυχημένο. Η κριτική μου είναι για χρήση σε άρρωστο μωρό γεμάτο μυξουλες που πρέπει να απομακρυνθουν 4-5 φορές την ημέρα, δεν χρησιμοποιω τον αποφρακτηρα προληπτικά μια στο τόσο για να δω αν υπάρχουν μυξουλες. Μετά από την εμπειρία μου συνιστώ αποφρακτηρα με ανταλλακτικά ρύγχη κ όχι φίλτρα. Τα φίλτρα δεν κάνουν για "βαριά" χρήση.

Unfortunately, the design is not good. The protective sponge does not stay in place, resulting in the device getting blocked with the first mucus. You can't suck properly and if you're unlucky (or persistent), the mucus will end up in your mouth.

A pack with 20 replacement filters is sold separately.
Before first use, rinse the device with warm water and dry it thoroughly.
Proceed with nasal cleaning before meals, when the child is awake and calm.
1- Wash your hands.
2- Insert the disposable filter and close the device.
3- Make sure all parts are assembled correctly.
4- Lay your baby on their back.
5- Place the soft tip of the nasal aspirator at the entrance of the baby's nostril and gently suction the secretions using the mouthpiece. The mucus is retained by the protective filter.
6- Repeat in the other nostril.
7- Gently lift the baby and wipe their nose with a tissue.
8- Discard the used filter after each use.
After each use, rinse the Clinofar® Nasal Aspirator with warm water and dry it thoroughly. For hygiene reasons and to ensure proper performance, insert a new disposable filter before each use.

The worst thing ever! This new model with the replacement filters is unacceptable. The previous one, where you changed the entire nozzle, was excellent and I used it for my first two babies. Now, with the third one, I had to buy this one and I threw it away in less than a week. Firstly, the filter is so thin that it doesn't retain the mucus when you suck it out, and it falls back into the nose. Especially when I used serum before, I had to suck so hard that my lungs almost came out in order to prevent them from falling back into the nostril, and with the strong suction, they ended up almost in my mouth because the filter is not stable. Also, no matter how skillfully I tried to remove the filter, there is no way the mucus doesn't spill onto my hands. So I had to either let the baby cry or have another person with me to wash my hands and the aspirator every time. I don't understand why the company changed a successful product into a completely failed one. My review is for use on a sick baby full of mucus that needs to be removed 4-5 times a day. I don't use the aspirator preventively every now and then to see if there is any mucus. After my experience, I recommend an aspirator with replaceable nozzles and not filters. Filters are not suitable for "heavy" use.
Ότι χειρότερο! Αυτό το νέο μοντέλο με τα ανταλλακτικά φίλτρα είναι απαράδεκτο. Το προηγούμενο που άλλαζες όλο το ρύγχος ήταν εξαιρετικό κ το χρησιμοποίησα στα δύο πρώτα μωρά μου. Τώρα στο τρίτο αναγκάστηκα να αγοράσω αυτο και το πέταξα σε λιγότερο από εβδομάδα. Καταρχήν, το φίλτρο είναι τόσο λεπτό που δεν συγκρατεί τις μυξουλες την ώρα που τις τραβάς και ξαναπέφτουν στην μύτη, ειδικά όταν έβαζα πριν ορό έπρεπε να μου βγουν τα πνευμόνια στο τράβηγμα για να μην πέσουν πάλι στη μυτουλα κ με το έντονο ρουφιγμα κατέληγαν σχεδόν στο στόμα μου μιας κ το φίλτρο δεν είναι σταθερο. Επίσης, όσο ταχυδακτυλουργικά και αν προσπαθούσα να βγαλω το φίλτρο δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να μην χυθουν οι μυξουλες στα χέρια μου. Οπότε έπρεπε να αφήσω το μωρό να κλαίει ή να έχω δεύτερο άτομο μαζί για να πλύνω τα χέρια μου κ τον αποφρακτηρα κάθε φορα. Δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί η εταιρεία άλλαξε ένα πετυχημένο προϊόν σε ένα εντελώς αποτυχημένο. Η κριτική μου είναι για χρήση σε άρρωστο μωρό γεμάτο μυξουλες που πρέπει να απομακρυνθουν 4-5 φορές την ημέρα, δεν χρησιμοποιω τον αποφρακτηρα προληπτικά μια στο τόσο για να δω αν υπάρχουν μυξουλες. Μετά από την εμπειρία μου συνιστώ αποφρακτηρα με ανταλλακτικά ρύγχη κ όχι φίλτρα. Τα φίλτρα δεν κάνουν για "βαριά" χρήση.

Unfortunately, the design is not good. The protective sponge does not stay in place, resulting in the device getting blocked with the first mucus. You can't suck properly and if you're unlucky (or persistent), the mucus will end up in your mouth.
