It is generally good. The fact that it tightens with an Allen key does not make it very convenient. Also, at some point, the Allen screws will probably wear out. It also needs to be tightened quite a bit to hold a heavy microphone well.

So, the arm is quite sturdy. Of course, the microphone you want to attach also plays a role. I have attached a RODE NT1-A along with its own stand and pop filter, which adds some extra weight... but with the right angle, it sits just fine.
The downside I find with these microphone support arms is the tightening... what I mean is, they have a hexagonal socket... they're Allen screws... which means they wear out quite easily with tightening and loosening...
Other than that, for the €20 I bought it for, it does its job just fine. Whether I'm talking on Discord and playing WoW... or recording vocals in Cubase... it stays stable.
