    It is perfect for replacing midrange/woofer factory speakers, as long as the car has capable factory tweeters with built-in crossovers. The sound is very natural and vibrant, and stands out from cheaper series.

    They don't lack bass, but a factory source like a 4x25 type is not enough for them to perform at their best. The loss when the source/amplifier is insufficient starts from the low end, so that's why there is the impression that they don't have much bass.

    The price for the pair is relatively reasonable. The packaging and the lack of cables/connectors, as with the other Hertz products, is unacceptable and the reason for 4 stars.

    Very satisfactory sound, but after 1.5 years of use, I have reservations about their build quality and durability. I have started to hear some rattling in one of the two speakers at high bass levels, but I haven't had the chance to open it up and see where it's coming from.

    I bought them as a package with the 165L (installed in the rear), which have a smaller range in the highs but better bass and haven't had any issues so far.
