    The razor is a sturdy open comb. This means it has greater blade exposure, resulting in not only shaving larger beards more easily than a closed comb, but for me it also caused skin burn even with a relatively mild blade, the Astra green. In the end, I ended up using a closed comb razor since I shave every two or three days and I have managed to reach the point where I have no irritation, burns, or cuts, and get a very good smooth result. The rating will be for the fact that it is aggressive towards the skin and therefore causes burning, plus the fact that due to the open comb it does not sufficiently remove the foam - cream, so it makes you go over the same areas again.
