Powder eyeshadow, intensely enriched with pigments to achieve a soft glow or an impressive, bright, dramatic effect.

Dry application: Put a little in the lid of your container, swirl your brush around to pick up the color, and then tap off any excess. Pat onto your eyelid until fully covered and then gently blend. This method produces a shiny, subtle color. The color can be built up in layers using a good quality flat angled eyeshadow brush. The main advantage of using dry is that blending other colors is much easier.

Wet application: Wet your brush and then absorb any excess water with a bit of kitchen roll. Put a little in the lid of your container, load the brush, and remove any excess. Sweep over the eyelid. This method produces a more intense color, higher coverage, greater adhesion, and is much cleaner.
