The oven must be preheated to a maximum of 200 degrees Celsius. Open the bag by hand to pack air with the food. Puncture the bag twice with a fine pin or needle, once it inflates. The prepared bag with food should be placed on the cold rack before putting it in the oven. Roast and cook at 160-200 degrees Celsius.
