In the charming valley of Everdell, a civilization of forest creatures thrives and expands. In the game Everdell, players take on the role of leaders of creature teams aiming to establish new cities and develop their civilization.

Everdell is a dynamic tableau creation and worker placement game where players can take one of three actions:

  • Placing a Worker: Workers are placed on locations on the board and perform actions such as collecting resources and drawing cards.
  • Playing a Card: Players build and inhabit a city with up to 15 Construction and Creature cards, defined into five types: Travelers, Production, Destination, Governance, and Prosperity.
  • Preparing for the Next Season: Workers return to the supply, and new workers are added as the game progresses from Winter to the start of the next Winter.

With stunning artwork and a detailed world, Everdell offers satisfying strategic depth and endless replayability. The Essentials edition features the same mechanics and graphics, with all components made from cardboard.
