In 1995, the company "TO PATROPARADOTO" was founded, aiming to produce pasteli and other sweets, with the flavor and aroma of the unique mastic.

Since 2013, the company complies with the requirements of the ISO 22000:2005 standard, ensuring food quality. Today, pure traditional Chios sweets are produced.
