Description & Specifications

Funcakes yellow chocolate Deco Melts can be melted and poured into moulds to create cake decorations. They can also be used for coating or decorating cupcakes and cookies, as well as for lollipops and sweets. They have a sweet, creamy flavour and are not made from real chocolate.

Melt them in a microwave or using a bain-marie. In the microwave, heat at up to 500 W, stirring every 15–20 seconds until almost completely melted. Stir the mixture until smooth, then use as desired. To set, place in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes. Store in a cool, dry, dark place at 16–22 °C.
