Rust Lock Surface Preparation

• Metal surfaces must be completely dry, clean, and free from defective or loose materials.
• Remove any loose pieces that may detach and clean off any dust for better adhesion.
• Rust Lock is applied directly onto rust, but it is recommended to smooth the surface with sandpaper for a flawless finish.

Application: Ideal for vertical or rough surfaces where a better aesthetic result is required. Carefully cover corners and hard-to-reach areas.

Drying – Recoating: Surface dries in 1-2 hours. Recoating after 16 hours, with times depending on environmental conditions.

Coverage: Approximately 8-15 m²/lt, on a properly prepared surface.
