The Klondike Corten Mid is a decorative and protective coating paint that creates a breathable film with exceptional resistance to abrasion, washing, harsh weather conditions, and atmospheric pollution. Surfaces that have been coated can withstand high (+50°C) and low (-40°C) temperatures.

It is suitable for indoor and outdoor spaces, accurately reproducing the rust effect with the distinct oxidations of steel.

Usage Instructions

• Preparation:
  • Smooth surface: Remove all old paints and clean. Apply a primer according to the type of surface.
  • Rough or unprepared surface: Clean and fill the surface. Apply a layer of KLONDIKE RASANTE R7 and then proceed with the application of Klondike Corten Mid.
• Application:
  • “Trowel” Effect: Apply with a stainless steel trowel, leaving a thickness of about 1 mm.
  • “Natural Cast” Effect: Apply with a brush or roller, intentionally leaving irregular streaks. After 15'-20' minutes, apply a second layer with a trowel and smooth the substrate.
