Performance:BMC air filters are designed and produced to ensure higher airflow than original paper filters. In F1, BMC fiberglass filters minimize the pressure loss of airflow passing through the filter, thereby ensuring the best conditions for fully utilizing maximum power. The benefits of replacing the original paper filter with the BMC fiberglass air filter are evident.
Design and Materials:BMC's specialized engineers, using advanced software and expert technicians, produce BMC air filters with the latest technologies. An F1 filter must be very lightweight, made from the best raw materials, and enhance performance. For this reason, woven alloys with epoxy coating are used, providing protection from gasoline fumes and moisture-related oxidation. The filtering material consists of a special cotton gauze impregnated with low-viscosity oil, offering the best possible air permeability.
Advanced Technology:BMC's technical staff has developed a specific production system based on soft rubber molding, which produces the red BMC filters. They are made in a single piece without welded seams, avoiding the risks of breakage. This system, called "Full Molding," originates from R&D in F1 and is crucial for the technical and qualitative characteristics of BMC air filters.
