The BabyCosmos3 Cosmos infant pillow for positional plagiocephaly has a hollow center designed to follow the shape of the baby’s head and neck. The memory foam distributes pressure evenly across both sides of the head, and the pillow is intended to help prevent or improve mild cases of plagiocephaly.

It includes two removable cotton covers that allow air to circulate and fasten with a concealed zipper at the back. The pillow can be washed at up to 30 °C, while the covers are machine washable at up to 40 °C. They are not suitable for tumble drying; after washing, the memory foam may take up to 6–7 days to dry. If plagiocephaly is suspected, consult a specialist pediatric neurologist for a diagnosis.
