      The picture is quite good but I think the one from TCL is better. The sound is satisfactory, but if the TV is placed in a large room it is not sufficient.
      It is not very smart since it does not connect with Alexa. The matter function works as a hub, which is not very convenient.
      The remote control is not very ergonomic. Also, it does not have info for the channels.

The day before yesterday, after 5 months of hassle and arguments, we were informed that LG's approval of the credit note is pending. This particular batch has countless issues. I experienced all the problems that users have mentioned below.
      But the worst was LG's attitude. And logically, I wouldn't have been able to sort things out if a lawyer friend hadn't taken over.

      Purchase from a large chain of electrical appliances on 6/2/2026. As soon as I operated it, I saw the image I have uploaded. I contacted the chain on 07/02 and received a response on 19/02 that the TV operates within specifications. I asked the following question: what sane person would buy this TV if they saw this image? Truly a great disappointment, both for the TV and the chain.

      I have contacted the official LG representative and I am waiting for a response, I will return with new comments!!!

      New comments!!!! LG service recognized that the product was faulty and wanted to proceed with a replacement. However, since I saw from other comments that the model is generally problematic, I requested a credit note, which was approved, and I bought an OLED.

      As everyone writes, there might be an issue with a batch of this particular model. I contacted LG, sent them photos, and they admitted the problem with my TV. They sent a technician from an authorized store who picked it up to examine it. I am awaiting the results and will update you.

      After contacting LG, they called me today and told me they would replace the TV with a new one. I've heard a lot here about their service; I can say that in my case, they treated me perfectly and immediately. I'm waiting for the new TV and will update you again.

      Same story with the new TV from the replacement—stay away from this particular model. There might be a general manufacturing problem in the design. I used to value LG, but I am disappointed.

      As soon as I opened it, I noticed the white lighting at the edges of the screen… Unacceptable… I am waiting to see what LG will reply to me.
      Update: The positive thing is that LG replaced the TV as defective, and afterwards the store informed me that there were other defective units as well. So I will change brands. Unfortunately (because I liked LG and their colors) I would not choose QNED again but only OLED from LG. I will go for premium models from SAMSUNG Neo QLED or SONY Mini LED.

      The picture is quite good but I think the one from TCL is better. The sound is satisfactory, but if the TV is placed in a large room it is not sufficient.
      It is not very smart since it does not connect with Alexa. The matter function works as a hub, which is not very convenient.

      But the worst was LG's attitude. And logically, I wouldn't have been able to sort things out if a lawyer friend hadn't taken over.

      As everyone writes, there might be an issue with a batch of this particular model. I contacted LG, sent them photos, and they admitted the problem with my TV. They sent a technician from an authorized store who picked it up to examine it. I am awaiting the results and will update you.

      After contacting LG, they called me today and told me they would replace the TV with a new one. I've heard a lot here about their service; I can say that in my case, they treated me perfectly and immediately. I'm waiting for the new TV and will update you again.

      Same story with the new TV from the replacement—stay away from this particular model. There might be a general manufacturing problem in the design. I used to value LG, but I am disappointed.

      As soon as I opened it, I noticed the white lighting at the edges of the screen… Unacceptable… I am waiting to see what LG will reply to me.
      Update: The positive thing is that LG replaced the TV as defective, and afterwards the store informed me that there were other defective units as well. So I will change brands. Unfortunately (because I liked LG and their colors) I would not choose QNED again but only OLED from LG. I will go for premium models from SAMSUNG Neo QLED or SONY Mini LED.
