I put it in my bedroom and spent almost the entire summer without AC! Very useful purchase and excellent service from Morris.
I had a small issue with the ring, and on the same day I opened a return request through Skroutz, I also sent an email to the company. They responded immediately and provided a solution that saved me more than 10 days! Otherwise, Skroutz would have had to receive it, send it to the store, and then, after it was checked, either a refund or a replacement would be made. Morris sent the spare part at no charge, just with the photos I provided, and I managed to complete the installation much sooner than the alternative!
