It has three intensity settings and every few minutes it automatically changes rotation direction. The function of the "Red" light (it has white LEDs) with infrared heat takes a while to work; you feel a slight warmth after about ten minutes of use. Personally, I do not think the fit on my body is that good because for shoulder massage, I have to sit hunched over with my hands in the special pockets, otherwise the machine falls and has much less intensity. It is suitable for the whole body, just be careful with the legs not to apply too much pressure because it stops. After about 15 minutes it stops automatically
