    It does what it promises, but not quietly.... for example, from "level" 3 and above (~5), the noise produced makes prolonged use practically impossible, it does cool, but it also makes you dizzy (excessively).

    Up to level 2, you can call it satisfactory. Now, for the 39.99 (that's how much I bought it for), I'll say OK under certain conditions.... for example, if you DON'T think about the almost 40 euros it asks for, you are satisfied with the performance-price ratio, but if you are one of those who will think about the amount (which you can't call cheap), then definitely stay away from it, as an imitation from the well-known little shop will do (?) the job, clearly cheaper, from what I've seen...

    In conclusion, it's an almost fair product which, if it didn't produce sooooo much noise from level 3 and above, it would be 5*!!! So I gave it 4*, but it really deserves 3.5* (which is not an option)....
