Description

The C-12 board is a wireless communication module operating at 433MHz with a range of up to 1000 meters. It uses the RF chip SI4463 and features a built-in microcontroller, which can be configured via AT commands.

Its main features include:

  • Maximum output power: 100mW (20dBm)
  • Sensitivity: from -117dBm to -100dBm, depending on transmission speed
  • Operating voltage: 3.2V-5.5V, compatible with 3.3V and 5V UART devices

It operates in multiple modes:

  • FU1: moderate power consumption
  • FU2: extreme power consumption
  • FU3: default general use
  • FU4: long-distance mode

Configuration can be done via AT commands, and the best method is to use a USB to serial converter, such as the CP2102.

Technical specifications:

  • Operating frequency: 433.4MHz to 473.0MHz
  • Communication distance: 1,000m in open space
  • Serial port speed: 1.2Kbps to 115.2Kbps (default 9.6Kbps)
  • Receiver sensitivity: -117dBm to -100dBm
  • Interface protocol: UART/TTL
  • Operating temperature: -40℃ to +85℃
  • Dimensions: 27.8mm x 14.4mm x 4mm
