Beast, heats up quickly, retains temperature better than Teflon (aluminum) but not as much as cast iron, obviously.
With proper use, food doesn’t stick, but also, with proper use, it can stick (on purpose)!
Amazing quality and it’s incredibly convenient that you can fry on high heat, e.g. steak/chicken, and then put the whole pan straight in the oven so the food cooks through and stays juicy.

P.S. Guys, after about half a year I have to say I’m really glad I bought it. Fissler truly lives up to its name. Here’s what I have to say:

    The overall quality is flawless.
The handle is very comfortable in the hand.
Heats up very easily, even though it’s not all multi-ply like some others (much more expensive). And the important thing (!) it has no issues with warping on induction stoves — but don’t overdo it.

If you’re looking for a stainless steel pan, I highly recommend it. Just like all stainless steel, it requires technique.
The first few times I used it, things stuck quite a bit. Then I researched a lot about the Leidenfrost effect, how to cook proteins, what fats to use, etc., and now it’s my main pan.

The fact that it’s hard to cook with stainless steel forces you to become a better cook and learn a lot.

Now, if you’re lazy and don’t want to bother, go get a Tefal, as I would also suggest to my dear friend below.

Of course, if you want something that, with proper use and care, you’ll be able to pass down to your grandchildren, look no further.

It sticks incredibly! Non-stick ones are a thousand times better! Also, Fissler's representative in Greece is the worst!
