While at first they worked, for some reason the right one does not charge - it is not recognized. The sound quality is very good. But with this well-known problem in JBL, they are not worth it.

Wasted money.
At first they were good, but very soon problems with charging started. I put them in the case and they remained connected to the phone and did not charge.

After a short period of 2-3 months, the right earphone could barely be heard, almost not at all, and almost a month later the left one doesn't even charge.... Wasted money!

The problems described by others are true here as well, extremely expensive headphones and there are quite a few issues, they have connectivity problems, meaning the left earbud does not charge and stays connected to the phone even while in the case, and the right one has a huge loss of volume. Do not buy them, you are playing Russian roulette.

I removed one star for only one reason. My interlocutor hears any environmental sound extremely loudly. This is tiring and it's the only reason that after 1 year of use I'm thinking of upgrading to the newer model.

I've had them for 9 months now and the battery is just like at the beginning. Also, I've found my peace with the noise cancellation, it's excellent. I recommend them, especially if you are out and about in noisy environments.

I believe that I have received the worst earbuds so far, the reason being that they do not fit well, especially the right one, and while they are in the case, they connect to the phone and then do not charge properly in the case. I bought them for €76 about a year ago, I sent them back because they did not fit well in my case, they replaced them, and after a while, the right one again lost its volume (it could barely be heard)... I sent them back, and they were finally fixed... honestly, I wasted my money... and again they continue to do the same, they do not fit well inside..

Big disappointment, I had bought them at a higher price after a while one of the earbuds doesn't charge, you have to open them and push them in, and also they play extremely quietly and with no bass, just go elsewhere, the battery lasts fully, no complaints about that, and they are very durable, but for calls, I don't recommend them at all, no filter for the noise

The best headphones I have used. They are worth the money and especially the noise cancellation feature is incredible. I had the AirPods Pro before these, and these are by far better.

The right earbud does not charge after 2 days of use. They also connect to the phone while they are in their case. Not recommended!

Value for money. For the price now that they have dropped, they are worth it. The only little issue is that you have to push them well into the case; otherwise, it only charges one. I wear them for many hours and they don't tire me at all.

The battery lasts forever even with daily use!!! The sound is very good. For calls, you can hear just fine when there is no noise outside, but for example, on a bus, it is difficult to talk. The noise cancelling feature has really saved me. I highly recommend them

In the 1 month that I used them (and not even daily), one earbud stopped charging, as you will read in many other comments made by previous users. LITERALLY THROWN AWAY MONEY

Very reliable. After 5 months, they are working very well for me. Nice and quality sound. The fact that they can be connected simultaneously to 2 devices is very convenient in a work environment (pc + mobile).

Purchase 01/05/24. After seven months of use, I am very satisfied. Clear and full sound, and the noise cancelling function is more than satisfactory. Very good fit on this IF you choose the right ear pads.

By far one of the worst purchases.... I have no words.
In the first few weeks, the left earbud broke and was replaced. When you talk to someone while wearing them, you hear all the other sounds except for the speaker.. No matter what was changed in the settings, this did not improve. For a little song on the subway, they are fine.
The battery life is very good, as is the case.
I bought them last Christmas and I'm looking for others this year.

I am very satisfied overall with both the sound and the battery; they are also sleek. However, sometimes when I put the headphones in their case, the right piece may not make good contact with the charging point of the case, so every time I put them in, I have to double-check; otherwise, my phone will still be connected. Anna, I would say it is generally worth the money; these headphones are value for money.

30 euros is too much, they didn't charge in the case, they played in the case, power in the music for metal and rock is worth it, but if they don't charge, it's wasted money, I threw it away while I had made a purchase of 85 euros, what warranty... in other words, overrated as a brand, these specific headphones are the worst

For a month they worked perfectly. Nice sound, perfect noise canceling. After that, they don't charge!! The right one is always at 10%. They probably don't make contact with the base. Also, they connect randomly to the phone even when they are in their base. Completely UNACCEPTABLE... I didn't expect this from JBL

The headphones are very good. Both the build quality and the sound quality are great. The only serious problem is that when you place them in their case, the connectors do not make good contact, resulting in them remaining connected to the phone, draining their battery, and when you need them, they don't have enough power to use. In conclusion, in terms of build quality and sound quality, they are fine. But in terms of charging, the company did not do a good job, and for that reason, I would not recommend them :(

For music, it's great! Nice sound and good isolation.
For calls, not so much. My interlocutors can't hear me well.
