It does not eliminate the marks, at least in severe second-degree burns and large areas like mine. In a burn where new skin has formed and can be used, it provides elasticity to the new skin so that it does not pull or hurt. In areas where the burn was first-degree, there was very good regeneration and after 4 months of use, the skin appears almost normal with a noticeable difference in color compared to the rest of the skin. However, in areas where the burn was second-degree, there was not complete regeneration, it is clear that there was a burn, but I emphasize that the skin does not hurt during movement and has elasticity. If you do not use it on a daily basis, the elasticity is lost. I recommend it for first-degree burns and for second-degree burns only if you have the financial comfort to use it on a permanent basis, otherwise, it is good for the first 5-6 months but afterwards, something more economical might be preferable because after 5 months, there is no longer restoration with this specific product.
Δεν εξαφανίζει τα σημάδια, τουλάχιστον σε σοβαρά εγκαύματα Β βαθμού και μεγάλης έκτασης όπως το δικό μου. Σε εγκαυμα που εχει δημιουργηθεί πλέον δέρμα και μπορείς να το χρησιμοποιήσεις, δίνει μια ελαστικότητα στο νέο δέρμα ώστε να μην τραβάει και να μην πονάει. Στα σημεια που το εγκαυμα ήταν Α βαθμού υπήρξε πολυ καλή ανάπλαση και μετα απο χρήση 4 μηνών το δέρμα φαίνεται σχεδόν κανονικό με μια αισθητή διαφορά απο το υπόλοιπο δέρμα σε χρώμα. Στα σημεια όμως που το εγκαυμα ήταν Β βαθμού, δεν υπήρξε πλήρης ανάπλαση, ειναι ξεκάθαρο πως προϋπήρχε εγκαυμα αλλά τονίζω πως δεν πονάει το δέρμα στις κινήσεις και εχει ελαστικότητα. Αν δεν το χρησιμοποιείς σε καθημερινή βάση η ελαστικότητα χάνεται. Το συνιστώ σε εγκαύματα Α βαθμού και σε Β βαθμού μονο αν εχετε την οικονομική άνεση να το χρησιμοποιείτε σε μόνιμη βάση, αλλιως ειναι καλό για τους πρώτους 5-6 μήνες αλλα μετα ισως κάτι άλλο πιο οικονομικό ειναι προτιμότερο, γιατι μετα τους 5 μήνες στο θέμα ανάπλασης δεν συνεχίζει να υπάρχει αποκατάσταση με το συγκεκριμένο σκεύασμα.
