Hand wash with a soft sponge; not dishwasher-safe. Before first use, wash with warm water and dish soap. Wash and dry thoroughly after each use. Do not use metal sponges, steel wool or harsh cleaners. Prolonged storage of acidic, alkaline or salty liquids, citrus juices or liquids containing baking soda may cause spots on the surface. Temperature retention depends on the amount and temperature of the contents, as well as the ambient temperature.
