MANI ANTHOS oregano is wild and blooms in May at the foothills of Taygetos, in the dry, rocky fields of the family.

Traditionally, it is harvested after St. John the "Riganas", which is celebrated on June 24th.

With patient collection, MANI ANTHOS oregano is carefully tied into bunches that are hung in a dry and shady place until they are dried in a completely natural way.
