Pelagia, a dressmaker from the suburbs, decides to open a fashion house in Kolonaki after her sister's suggestion. Together with two friends who are into her sister, they arrive in Mykonos for a fashion shoot. There, Pelagia meets a wealthy Greek-American who is captivated by her. They get married, but during their honeymoon, he dies. As a sad widow, she returns to Athens to present a collection, but there her husband appears alive.
