It is spacious and comfortably fits my two children. Assembly in some areas may require a second person, but with a little effort, it can be done by one person. The downside is that it is not very stable when you want to move it, however, I believe that there will be no problem when done carefully and - especially - on a smooth surface such as a balcony.

While it is a very beautiful and impressive little house, unfortunately its plastic construction is terrible! It is so flexible and bendable that you feel like it will break in your hand. Its plastic is excessively thin and it wobbles a lot. For its price, I expected a more sturdy construction!
