The Whey Protein from Starfoods in Lila Pause flavor offers a pleasant option for those seeking nutritional support in their daily lives. Weighing 1kg, this protein is ideal for enhancing your diet.
The protein source is whey, known for its high quality and quick absorption. It is particularly popular among those aiming for definition, as it helps increase muscle mass and supports recovery after workouts.
Since the protein is in concentrate form, it retains most of its nutrients and is less processed, thus providing a clean and effective source of protein for your diet.

It dissolves relatively hard but the worst thing is that the bad taste of stevia stays with you for hours. I have now bought another protein with stevia but there I can't taste it at all. Unfortunately, I did not consume this one entirely and it remains on the shelf because of this bad aftertaste.
Perfect taste, and it pairs incredibly well with freddo espresso, especially on hot training days. Also easily soluble and easy to digest.
The protein is of Greek production etc., which I appreciate. I have tried hundreds of proteins, so I know what I'm looking for. I'm interested in purity, the lack of many sweeteners, and how it sits in the stomach. It covers me there, no bloating at all, it's with stevia and the taste is just right. Now, if someone wants to think they're eating cheesecake when drinking protein, they won't like it. On the negative side, it has a bit of an issue with solubility and I didn't like the addition of maltodextrin and other ingredients it contains. I understand it's there to make the drink thicker, but it's a big turn off compared to others from abroad that don't have it.
the only downside I have to mention is that mixing is a bit difficult, I mean it doesn't dissolve completely, otherwise this is the second package and I like that it doesn't cause bloating like the biotech one I was using for so long
