If you don't have a straw, there's no way to drink your beverage. It would be good if it came with a little brush too, so you could clean the straw. Otherwise, it's very nice, leak-proof, and keeps your drink at the right temperature for quite a long time.

It keeps the drink at the desired temperature for many hours without dripping at all, not even from the straw opening. It is compact and sturdy, as is the lid.
If the straws were a little thicker, it would be perfect. These are just barely not bending

very good, it keeps the water cold for quite a few hours. it is big and perfect. very durable against drops and fits perfectly in the car cup holders.

Cute, but the lid is a bit flimsy--it screws on and off but if it's even a little lopsided, it won't close. If it's not screwed on tight, it affects the insulation, and then if you screw it on too tight it's near impossible to open.

The temperature retention isn't quite as good as other estia products I have (the smaller cup-shaped thermos and a bottle-like design) possibly due to the quality of the plastic lid. But, it's really not all that bad. If I were to buy a tumbler of this type again though I wouldn't go with estia...

I always keep it on my desk. Personally, it has helped me a lot to drink more water. I wish it came with a metal straw instead of a plastic one, but the tumbler itself is just fine!

I have been using it daily at the office for 6 months. I only put water in it, but it keeps it cool all day and I have increased the amount of water I drink. It has never built up limescale so far, nor does it have any bad odors. I wash it by hand, of course, not in the dishwasher.
I am very pleased!

Excellent. Whatever you put in it stays hot for hours. From hot espresso to ice-cold water. The only drawback is that after 1-2 months it stops being spill-proof.

Overall, it is satisfactory; I bought it mainly to keep my water cold for hours. Among the 5 insulated cups I have, I would rank it 4th. I would say it keeps the ice for quite a while (about 5-6 hours at an ambient temperature of around 26 degrees), but I definitely expected more. I do not consider it a bad choice, taking into account its low cost as well, but I would certainly not prefer it for more demanding use in higher temperatures. It is a good insulated cup for indoor use.

Very good quality, but it doesn't keep the water cool as long as the classic water bottles from the same company. In the end, personally, the straw didn't work well for me, because it takes effort to suck.

It's decent for its price, it keeps my frappe cold for many hours and it's lightweight. I remove 2 stars because it doesn't fit in a cup holder, which is what I mainly wanted, the narrowing at the bottom is quite wide!

It's ok, beautiful as in the photos and it hasn't leaked so far. But unfortunately it doesn't fit in my car's cup holder (Dacia Sandero) while my other thermoses have no problem!

Nice thing to have in the house for water for example, but the lid doesn't lock on top. Basically, it screws on to lock, but it has a flexible hole for the straw to go in, so if you have something inside and it, for example, tips to the side, it spills immediately and you can't secure it. I don't understand this logic, I wanted to take it with me in a bag but it will 1000% leak.

It has lasted a long time, it is durable! If you turn it on its side or upside down, of course a little water comes out of the straw but that's expected. It maintains the temperature okay, holds a large quantity and is convenient to use. In general, it is heavy and not suitable to carry around for a walk etc. It's meant to be used at home, in the car, at work.
