The C1L-FL-S gate motor kit automates swing gates for residential use and can be controlled by remote control or an Android or iOS smartphone, provided there is a wireless signal near the gate. It supports partial opening for pedestrians, an automatic closing timer and adjustable speed. The Wi-Fi function allows control via smartphone.

In the event of a power outage, the gate can be released using the included manual release key. Backup batteries can also be used, but are not included. This kit is not suitable for solid gates or gates with polycarbonate panels.
