You can wear them for 2-8 hours, depending on your flow, without needing to use other period products. They are washed after each use and reused. The special cut with an absorbent lining, made from 4 layers, prevents fluid leakage, inhibits bacterial growth, and eliminates unpleasant odors. The period underwear is almost as thin as regular underwear and does not show under clothes. It is a universal period product that can be worn anywhere and anytime: on very busy days, for peaceful nights, in the comfort of your home, or during exercise.
